The working principle of wood chip trommel screen

The gear motor is coupled to the screen system by a connecting shaft, and it drives the roller to rotate around the axis. When the material enters the drum machine, because of the tilt and rotation of the drum machine, the screening material is rolled and crushed, and some small materials are expelled through the outlet at the bottom of the rear end of the wood chip drum screen. While the coarse materials will be drained out from the discharge port of the wood chip trommel screen. Because the material would be turned and rotated in the trommel screen machine , the material stuck in the screen can be sprayed to prevent the screen from being blocked.
